Bengkang

Hari ni buat bengkang le pulak...lama dah tak makan bengkang ni...tak silap kita ambik resepi ni dr mesranet tapi dah alter sikit



Bengkang

2 biji telur
2 cawan susu segar
1 cawan tepung gandum
1/3 cawan tepung jagung
1/2 cawan gula
sedikit pewarna hijau
beberapa titik esen pandan
bijan utk tabur di permukaan bengkang

1. Campurkan semua bhn dlm blender kecuali bijan...blend sebati
2. Masukkan adunan dlm acuan yg dah dilenser dgn sedikit butter, taburkan bijan
3. Bakar dlm preheated oven 200 C selama 30 minit
