SNICKERS CHEESECAKE

 
Hari raya hari tu kita tak sempat buat sebiji kek pun...memang tak terdaya nak buat ditambah dgn keaktifan si syafi dan ketidakupayaan kita nak masak pelbagai menu dlm satu masa...w/p stok nak buat kek memang ada semenjak dr bulan posa lagi, baru2 ni je dapat godek kek keju ni...kek keju ni kita tabur separuh kekacang di atasnya dan separuh lagi tak disebabkan anak2 takmo kacang2 ni...resepi kek ni kita dapat dr. fp Kak Mis, pakar kek yg tersohor Kek ni bagi kita sedap dimakan selepas semalaman disimpan di dlm fridge...spt biasa kita c & p je resepi ni dr fp Kak Mis...t/kasih Kak Mis



Snickers Cheesecake

Crust
150 gm digestive biscuits - dihancurkan
70 gm butter - dicairkan

Cheesecake Filling

500 gm cream cheese
1/4 cup castor sugar
2 eggs (gred A)
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 snickers bar (1 batang dipotong 4 bahagian, kemudian dipotong kecik2)

Topping Chocolate Ganache
150 gm Whip Cream
200 gm Dark Choc.

100 gm peanuts - roasted & chopped

Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp butter

1. Prepare crust, chill in fridge/bake sekejap dalam 10 minit
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar
3. Add eggs and vanilla essence
4. Spoon enough cheesecake batter to cover the crust
5. Place cut up snickers into cheesecake batter. Press it down to avoid air bubbles
6. Spoon the rest of the cheese batter on top and bake 150 C for 20 - 25 minit ( oven kita +- 40 min )
7. Once cool place in fridge until ready to use
8. Prepare choc. ganache. Double boil whip cream and dark choc until thicken
9. Prepare caramel sauce. Place brown sugar, whip cream and cook until thicken. Stir in butter. Let cool.
10. Remove cheesecake from fridge and let in come down to room temperature
11. Spoon choc ganache and sprinkle with chopped peanuts
12. Then spoon caramel sauce on top.
